Terms of Service at Vietnam Bespoke Shop

As a bespoke tailor, we always strive for perfection and meticulousness in both our products and services.

I. Sales Policy

1. Sales Regulations

We operate with the principle of prioritizing quality, dedicated customer service, honesty, and transparency in all activities.

All orders delivered to customers are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

VBS always strives to offer the best pricing policy. Prices may vary depending on exchange rates or other commercial factors at different times. The applicable selling price is the current price at the time your order is confirmed.

2. Payment Regulations and Methods

VBS requires 100% payment for all orders.

Payment methods:

  • In-store payment: Cash, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, JCB)
  • Bank transfer payment.

II. Fitting Policy

For first-time tailored products, to ensure optimal quality for customers, VBS offers one free fitting session on mock-up fabric before proceeding with the final fabric. Customers can have up to two free mock-up fittings (if needed). After the mock-up fittings, customers are entitled to 2-3 additional fittings on the final fabric.

During each fitting stage, VBS will confirm key product details with the customer, and those details cannot be adjusted once the next stage begins.

III. Shipping Policy

VBS always encourages customers to pick up their items at the store.

VBS strives to ensure that completed items are packaged as securely as possible. However, VBS is not responsible for any risks during the transportation process.

1.Inner-City Shipping
  • Transportation service: Designated by VBS
  • Transportation cost: Based on the rates of the transportation services as announced
  • Party responsible for transportation fees: Customer
2.Out-of-City Shipping
  • Transportation service: Designated by VBS
  • Transportation cost: Based on the rates announced by the transportation partner
  • Transportation time: Approximately 3-5 days under standard conditions; in cases of force majeure (e.g., pandemics, natural disasters), the transportation time may change.
  • Party responsible for transportation fees: Customer
3.International Shipping
  • Transportation service: Designated by VBS
  • Transportation cost: Based on the rates announced by the transportation partner
  • Transportation time: Depends on the customer’s country of residence
  • Party responsible for transportation fees: Customer
  • For international shipping, customers are required to pay the transportation fees at the time of order placement.

IV. Return and Refund Policy

For paid orders, VBS does not apply a return or refund policy.

V. RESPONSIBILITIES FOR PRODUCTS AFTER DELIVERY

VBS does not take responsibility for any product issues after the customer has inspected and accepted the delivery.

We only accept adjustments for VBS tailored clothing.

VBS products, upon completion of customer inspection, will always be in new condition. After the customer has inspected and accepted the tailored clothing, customers are entitled to two free adjustments (valid for 6 months from the inspection date) for the following items:

  • Jacket: Adjust the waist of the jacket (subject to actual technical conditions)
  • Pants: Adjust the waistband or length of the pants (subject to actual technical conditions)
  • Shirt/Polo: Take in the body of the shirt (no letting out)

After the free adjustment quota is used or the 6-month period expires, if customers require further adjustments, VBS will provide paid adjustment services. The adjustment fees will be based on labor hours and materials used, with specific details provided and discussed with the customer based on the actual condition.

NOTE: VBS will not be held responsible under any circumstances for any third-party interventions that affect the condition of VBS garments or previously used items.

VI. GARMENT CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR VBS CLOTHING

All bespoke garments at VBS are recommended to be dry cleaned or sent to professional laundry services.

VII. PRIVACY POLICY

Your personal information is strictly protected in accordance with VBS’s privacy policy. The collection and use of your data will only be carried out with your consent, except in cases where required by law.

We are committed to not transferring, providing, or disclosing your personal information to any third party without your prior consent.
